A Fine Meal of Brown Trout Deep in the Icelandic Highlands
This was a truly delicious meal after a long day that began with carrying a 75lb pack for 15km and then paddling across a windswept lake of the Icelandic Highlands. (Extra points to anyone who knows what book this routine was borrowed heavily from).
