A cyclist suffered injuries after a vehicle crashed through barricades and was left dangling over the edge of the Rideau Canal. The Ottawa Police Service and emergency crews responded to the collision off Queen Elizabeth Driveway near the Canal Ritz restaurant to pull the car back from the water.
